Helen Style, Associate Director

Helen joined LeighFisher as Associate Director from most recently - Hertfordshire CC and Hertfordshire district councils, where she directed the Pathfinder Shared Services Efficiency Programme for the past three years that has delivered £26m savings as part of a national pilot scheme. She has extensive experience of working at senior management level with chief executives and political leaders nationally and locally.  Examples of successful delivery include a shared audit service amongst the county and district councils now live in Hertfordshire.

Helen has worked on delivering ideas on greater collaboration and shared services for the councils in North Yorkshire including improving customer contact and access arrangements through use of shared ICT platforms, shared Revenues and Benefits, Economic Development and CCTV.
