This means addressing the external impacts of operating and growing a business on the environment, community and economy, and developing robust internal communication and change management strategies to help an organization integrate sustainability into their core business. When designed effectively, sustainability can be a source of opportunity, innovation, and enhanced organizational performance and can guide business solutions that allow management to “do well by doing good”.

A sustainability framework supports and enhances our clients’ business strategy, management plan and organizational effectiveness. There is increased value to our clients in truly embedding sustainability into the organization, rather than developing ad-hoc sustainable initiatives or focusing sustainability efforts solely on public relations. Our focus is on aligning our clients’ sustainability strategy with business priorities. As such, sustainability must be driven from the top down and clearly communicated through the organization. Sustainability also should be a responsibility shared across the organization and become an intrinsic part of daily operations and long-term decision-making.
