Brown - President Mike Brown has nearly 20 years of experience in airport business and financial matters with an emphasis on airline economics, airline rates and charges, airport financial planning, bond feasibility studies, market analysis and demand forecasting, and tenant negotiations. Spencer A. Ballard - Managing Director Spencer Ballard has more than 20 years of experience managing capital programs, airport finance, retail development, tenant relations, public transit, and organizational matters. He has consulted regarding business and financial management of capital programs, airline relations, property management, and terminal operations. Prior to joining John F. Brown Company, he held executive positions at San Francisco International Airport, Miami International Airport, and Miami-Dade County. Spence has a B.A. in Political Science from Utah State University (1974) and a M.A. in Political Science from Utah State University (1975). |

Tony B. Campbell - Senior Manager Tony Campbell joined the John F. Brown Company in March 1989. He has almost 25 years of experience in the field of airport management and finance. Prior to joining John F. Brown Company, he was Treasurer (Director of Finance) at Sarasota-Bradenton Airport for five years and before that served five years in the Finance Department at Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission. Tony has a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. |

Paul D. McKnight - Senior Manager Paul McKnight joined the John F. Brown Company in August 1993. He has 28 years of experience in the field of air transportation. Fourteen of those years were in airline planning and marketing. For the most recent 13 years, he has consulted to airports on matters related to airline service. Mr. McKnight specializes in the analysis of air passenger markets and forecasting of air traffic. Prior to joining John F. Brown Company, he was the commercial director of a regional airline and operated an independent air service consulting practice. Paul has a B.A.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto (1971) and an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario (1976). |

Sheri Ernico - Senior Manager Sheri Ernico has 22 years of experience in airport financial and economic analysis with an emphasis in financial feasibility studies, strategic financial planning, evaluations of rate-making methodologies, negotiations of airline use and lease agreements, AIP grant maximization strategies, privatization assessments and analyses, institutional reviews, preparation of PFC applications, air cargo financing evaluations, fuel system business planning, aviation market analyses, and forecasts of aviation demand. Ms. Ernico previously held the positions of the Associate Finance Director for San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and a principal of a national airport consulting firm. Sheri has a B.A. in Political Science/Urban Studies from the University of Pittsburgh (1978) and a Master of City and Regional Planning from Harvard University (1980). |

Karen M. George - Managing Consultant Karen George began her career in the car rental industry when she joined National Car Rental in 1988. Her most recent position with National prior to joining the John F. Brown Company was as Vice President and Chief Airports Counsel. In that position, Ms George was responsible for all of National Car Rental System, Inc.'s on and off-airport lease and concession agreements for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. In addition to overseeing all major airport projects for National, Ms. George managed a legal staff of attorneys and paralegals, with a department operating budget of over one million dollars. Karen has a B.A. in Communication Arts from St. Mary's University (cum laude - 1972) as well as a J.D. from Southern Illinois University (1981). |
